Greetings all!!

After a Long, Long winter spring is coming! We will enjoy some beautiful days, and pre-spring Yoga and weights classes. 

Classes begin again next week on Tuesday, February 20 for Yoga, and February 22 for yogasculpt.  Class begins at 11 - 12:30 in room 201 at Morningside Presbytarian. Please come, wear something comfy, and stay healthy!!!
